Join us for our 12^th Annual Leadership Development Conference! Themed “Leadership in Action”!

This year’s conference will be held at Pegasus Park Business Center on Saturday, April 29, 2023 from 10:00 AM CDT – 5:00 PM CDT and will highlight several local trailblazers in the fields of Community Advocacy, Career + Entrepreneurship, Wealth Building, Wellness, and The Arts/Media.

The day’s agenda includes, but is not limited to, three panel discussions, a keynote luncheon, several upskilling workshops, and our highly anticipated State of Black Dallas panel discussion.

There will also be a business and career coaching expo, endless networking opportunities, and a professional headshot booth, so be sure to come dressed for success.

Doors will open on the first floor at 9:00 AM CDT for registration and a light breakfast.

Complimentary self parking will be available onsite. The entrance to the parking lot will be between Community Beer Co. Brewery and the Pegasus Park Business Center office building.
