The purpose of “The State of Black Texas” is to inform young professionals about the challenges Black communities face around policy, public health, economics, and education. We would like for you to help us to empower our members to also engage in the opportunity to solve these issues and create collective strategies that impact our respective communities. This conversation is built on the State of Black America report released annually by the National Urban League and will be customized to provide a local context.
